In 2016, Melchior left the Swiss watchmaking industry to pursue an academic course (UNIL & UCLouvain) in Political Science and Management with a particular focus on organizational sociology and critical studies in Management.

Sensitive to contemporary environmental and societal challenges, he leverages his reflective and multidisciplinary skills through a critical stance for the development and dissemination of sustainable and meaningful alternatives to managerial practices.
