A graduate of ICHEC with a degree in business management and a specialization in sustainability and data analysis, Laurine aims to use data to drive more sustainable business models. Analytical and committed, she applies her meticulous approach to make data accessible and shed light on environmental issues.
At BetterBusiness, her role is to support organizations through their B Corp and ShiftingPact certification processes, their materiality analyses, and the communication of their progress through impact reports.

Florine Jost

With a degree in bioengineering and a specialization in environmental science and technology, she has developed a scientific and interdisciplinary approach to environmental issues. Her experience at the intersection of energy production and resource recovery informs a pragmatic vision of the transformations that need to be undertaken.
At BetterBusiness, she draws on her scientific curiosity and analytical skills to help organizations better understand their impacts and translate them into concrete, coherent actions that support realistic and ambitious transitions.

Nathalie Walschaerts

Drawing on her background in management and business development, Nathalie has gradually shifted her focus toward sustainability, guided by the conviction that impact is built through concrete, measurable, and sustainable actions.
At BetterBusiness, she oversees operations, structures the organization, and supports the company’s growth. Her goal is to enhance team effectiveness and enable BetterBusiness to support an ever-increasing number of companies in their sustainable transformation.

Eliane DUPRET

With a background in law, Eliane Dupret has specialised in sustainability through training in Innovative Human Management (LSM), Management & Philosophy (Solvay), as well as B Corp methodologies, Carbon Footprint assessment, GRI and CSRD, developing a systemic and demanding approach to ESG issues. 

At BetterBusiness, she supports organisations in their sustainable growth, structuring measurable and action-oriented sustainability approaches to strengthen their transition, and therefore their resilience and capacity to create long-term value. 

Geoffroy LYCOPS

With a legal background, Geoffroy has developed nearly 20 years of corporate experience at the intersection of financial, administrative, and operational functions, with a constant focus on value creation. He has integrated ESG considerations into his work through a certificate in sustainable business models (ICHEC) and the use of frameworks such as GRI, CSRD, and B Corp. 

At BetterBusiness, he contributes to strategic development and oversees human, financial, and administrative functions. In addition, he is responsible for the operational deployment of the ShiftingPact® label.
