A graduate of ICHEC in business management with a focus on sustainability and digital, Lucas has developed expertise in extra-financial reporting (materiality analysis, CSRD, VSME) and is a certified B Leader. He is committed to making these concepts accessible and concrete, and leverages digital tools to optimise internal processes and the client experience. 

At BetterBusiness, he supports organisations on their sustainability projects, from structuring their approach to showcasing their progress through impact reports. He also maintains contact with the ShiftingPact certified business community. 

Jeanne ANDRÉ

A bio-engineer with two master's degrees in environmental science and technology and in sustainable development governance, she is drawn to complex systems and innovation in service of living ecosystems. Her vision of sustainability is grounded in a scientific, lucid approach oriented towards just transformations. 

At BetterBusiness, she brings her scientific curiosity to help organisations understand their impacts and evolve with coherence. She works to translate complexity into concrete, measurable actions, in service of realistic and ambitious transitions. 

Thomas CHACRA

Impact Data Analyst

A graduate in environmental bio-engineering, Thomas has developed expertise in data analysis applied to energy, ESG and environmental systems, through experiences combining modelling, reporting and consulting. 

At BetterBusiness, he contributes to the structuring of ESG data, the development of dashboards and the digitalisation of processes, in order to support concrete and measurable sustainability initiatives. 

Eliane DUPRET

With a background in law, Eliane Dupret has specialised in sustainability through training in Innovative Human Management (LSM), Management & Philosophy (Solvay), as well as B Corp methodologies, Carbon Footprint assessment, GRI and CSRD, developing a systemic and demanding approach to ESG issues. 

At BetterBusiness, she supports organisations in their sustainable growth, structuring measurable and action-oriented sustainability approaches to strengthen their transition, and therefore their resilience and capacity to create long-term value. 

Geoffroy LYCOPS

With a legal background, Geoffroy has developed nearly 20 years of corporate experience at the intersection of financial, administrative, and operational functions, with a constant focus on value creation. He has integrated ESG considerations into his work through a certificate in sustainable business models (ICHEC) and the use of frameworks such as GRI, CSRD, and B Corp. 

At BetterBusiness, he contributes to strategic development and oversees human, financial, and administrative functions. In addition, he is responsible for the operational deployment of the ShiftingPact® label.
